They were very efficient. They gave me a time and it was done straight away. The time they specified it was done by. Overall everything was very good. They covered the seats in plastic and everything was put back as if I bought it out of the showroom.

I have been using them for about 40 years. They have an A1 reception. They are always so kind and understanding. They can't go to any more trouble really. It's just the way they do things and receive you at the reception. They are friendly. Everything they do is always beautifully done. This time when I got the car it had been cleaned for me. I never have had to question anything, and I have never had any doubts about anything that they have done, all the years that I have been going there. Usually when I go there I make an appointment to bring it back, but this time it was all done straight away. I will be going back to them like I do usually and they always send me a reminder of when I need work done.

The bill was far to expensive, I have it down in front of me saying what it was for. Oil change, unit cost £10, total cost £20. MOT, unit cost £97, total cost £755, it's that labour cost, I understand the tyres needed changing and they are expensive and so is VAT, I'm okay with that, but it's the labour cost. It cost me £1200 in total for an MOT and to have two tyres changed. They could have at least cleaned the car, I can get it cleaned like it's from a showroom for £30 down the road, so to be paying that much, I thought they could have cleaned the car if they wanted me to return as a customer. And the warranty is absolutely worthless, because you need something major to go wrong and it's to do with a little screw in the engine that wouldn't be effected by a meteor hit, and the chances of something major enough going wrong in the first 3 years is 0%. Also they called me when I was on holiday in Spain and I was getting charged for the overseas calls each minute they were speaking, it happened 3 times and I wasn't happy about that. I wouldn't recommend them unless I had an enemy that I hated at my doorstep, and then I would tell them to go to Lifestyle. If their labour costs were lower and more competitive with local garages then I might consider going back to them, but at that cost for an MOT and two tyres, I would never go back.

We have had seven Renaults from Lifestyle or their predecessor and mostly had them maintained by them. I am very happy with the staff, both on the sales side and the service side. They are nice people.

The people who work there are really polite, they bend over backwards to help me and fit me in, they are very nice. They are very efficient with their whole manner and everything about them, I have used them for the last few years and they have been very efficient and it is a very good service. The work they do is very good and they clean my car inside and out.

I feel they are always very fair, I just trust them because they talk to me properly about it. Some people deal with me as a woman differently, but they don't.

It was the professional work and they do things really well. They solved the problem with the car so I am satisfied. It was a problem with the switchboard, the electrical inside of the car had an electrical problem and one of the cylinders was not working.

It was a second hand demonstration car that I bought and since then they have regularly advised me when services are due. When I have taken the car in for work they have always done a commendable job. This time they even gave the car a courtesy clean. I can not think of an occasion when I have had difficulty with Lifestyle, Tunbridge Wells.

They should have had the car ready on time and if there was a delay, which there was, they should have told me. I went to pick the car up and it wasn't ready and I had to wait half an hour.

I have no reason not to recommend. They provide a good service and they look after me and my vehicle. They are very good, they keep me informed and tell me when the car is ready for collection. They wash, clean and vacuum my vehicle and it is presented back well.

They should have helped us. From when we purchased the vehicle the front breaks were making a scraping noise. We had to take the car in six times soon after the purchase.

I have always dealt with them and I have had no problems. In comparison to what they used to be, individual service is lacking. It is my opinion that you are more of a number now than a customer but they do try to make it like a big family.

Because they did what they said they would do, they did the service and MOT efficiently. They said they would ring me when they were finished and they did, and they phoned me and asked if they could go ahead and correct a problem at the time. They brought it out hoovered and cleaned, which I thought was a nice touch. They were courteous: the chap said that they had investigated the electrical problem but that they do not know if it was sorted, but they lubricated switches and told me to get it back to them when it starts playing up. In the limits of what they could do, they did their very best, which would encourage me to recommend them. In the car there was a card which said that it had had the complimentary hoover and wash and it said that they hoped I was happy with the service, and it provided the manager's telephone number, so I called and said I was very happy. They were willing to listen to what I had to say. The AA gave me a service free of charge, and the car needed its MOT anyway. I thought it expired at the end of August but I looked and saw that it was the third of August, so they were very good at fitting me in at short notice. I will have to return as the car is inconsistent. They said they hope I do not have to bring it back, but they said that if I do they do have courtesy cars available, and it is good that he made that offer.

They did the work that they said they would and they did not try to charge me for parts I did not need. They collect and deliver the car for me and it came back clean. They give a good service and I have had no problems.

The staff are polite, as I go in, they tell me how long the work is going to take. I walked into the town and they rang me when the work was finished. They provide a good service. The vehicle was cleaned for me.

I didn't have my cambelt changed with them. When I phoned them for a quote they gave me a price. When I phoned another Renault garage they were one hundred and fifty pounds cheaper. They said that I needed the cambelt changed and I said that it was being done soon, so I told them the price I had been quoted and they immediately matched the price there and then. They would of had the business if they done this in the first place. I saved myself one hundred and fifty pounds.

The speed of service really. There is nothing else to say. I was impressed that they had the item in stock. I rang around the other two Renault dealers and they never had it in stock.

It depends if they are a Renault car driver. I don't like to recommend in case there is a bad experience with the repairer, also if I completely recommended then it would suggest they are the best garage and I don't know that. There have been a few things I've been dissatisfied with. It's down to personal preference. They give accurate advice as regards to faults before the car has even gone on the diagnostic machine. When you call the service desk they are very helpful and knowledgeable about cars and are able to help diagnose the problem from what I've said, they still put it on the diagnostic machine when I bring the car in.

Clean the car properly. I spent £650-£700 on the last two visits. Previously with the BMW/Mercedes and Ford company cars you would normally find them come back, having at least been washed. It would be nice, to displace the fact that I spent over £400 on repairs. It would go the extra yard.

The issue I took up with them was not directly to do with them but about the company itself. The original paper work that I received to alert me that I was due for a service said that I had two service and price options. It said that I could choose between the Silver service and the Gold service. When I phoned them up they said that I actually needed the Sapphire service. I complained about this because the letter clearly stated that it would be one of those two options and I would have gone for the lower priced Silver service, instead I had to pay an intermediate price for the Sapphire service. I was told that the letter is generated by the Lifestyle company who are essentially a Ford based company. They said that they don't promote the services for the needs of Renault customers. They said that they have even complained to Lifestyle about this themselves. They then showed me the service schedules for Renault cars.

On the day that I purchased my vehicle the staff were all very helpful in getting my vehicle ready for me, from start to finish it actually only took three days which was brilliant. On my visit to Lifestyle, Tunbridge Wells on the 15th June I was always kept informed about what was happening to my vehicle and after three hours I received a phone call to say my vehicle was ready.

They phone or send a letter to advise you the Mot is due and they provisionally book an appointment and give an estimate. A excellent service, I'm 100% satisfied.

They drove me home, they were fantastic, very efficient and friendly and dropped me into town. I was phoned because my car was due for it's first MOT, I get it serviced every year anyway, the garage were fantastic. I received a phone call from someone from Renault telling me the car was due and I felt like they were a bit pushy, trying to sell me Air Conditioning maintenance. I was told that if I had a loyalty card I would get 10% off, I didn't have a loyalty card even though I bought my car there.

They were very helpful, they helped me out on the day and the work was completed sooner than expected. I feel that all car repair prices are extortionate wherever you go and that's no bad reflection on Renault.

"I was interested in having the value £99 service but when I told them I may need spark plugs they suggested that I have the next service up which was £249 and included spark plugs. I dropped my car off when the garage was closed but received a phone call in due course saying that the spark plugs needed for my particular model of car were not covered in the cost of the £249 service and I would have to pay more for them. I feel that I was misled here because if they had bothered to look up the details of my car they would have seen that it was a high performance car and needed high performance spark plugs. Had they looked into the cars details and told me this I would have stuck to the £99 service and bought my spark plugs. When I spoke to the service manager who was not very customer service focused at all he just said any work that was done was done due to wear and tear. I have various work done. My car has just come out of warranty, so I was surprised some bits needed doing. They said my steering joints had worn but I was not given an explanation of why this was needed so soon after the warranty expired. As well as this, the service, the spark plugs and some other various work I ended up spending £1200 with no good explanation as to why. Due to the poor explanation they gave me I feel that they were just trying to make more money out of me. There was a similar incident to this 6 months ago when I had my brake pads changed a week before the service. As a result of the service they turned around and told me that I needed to have my front brake pads changed. When I challenged this they turned around and said ""oh forget about that then. So as you can imagine my confidence in them is low. Over all another comment about Renault is that my car was 2 and a half years old and still in warranty, it has Recaro seats in it and on the right hand side of the drivers seat the cloth started to come away from the chair. This was looked at and repaired but after that a wear patch as appeared."

The service there is wonderful, they are always very friendly. It is not a massive showroom but Brett always gives me the best service. He is always there for me and is very charming. He goes through everything for me. My car is on the Motability Scheme and my condition has got worse, so I need two lots of equipment in the car. I went through all the Renault packages available and there is not one suitable for me, so I am going to have to change over to Vauxhall. I will be very sorry to hand the car over as I have enjoyed using it and I will miss going into Lifestyle. They are all such good guys there, from the sales, service staff and the girl on reception. They always clean the car for me too.

It's the labour costs, I'm sure that Renault would want to maintain their reputation but their labour costs are so expensive. With Renault's guarantee on parts and labour it works out about £10 a month cheaper to get the work done elsewhere. I got the cam belt and de-phaser pulley done elsewhere for £460, Renault's quote was around £600. They are knowledgeable though and they do what they say they are going to do.

They need to resolve the problem that I went in there for. I went in for a diagnostics test to find out what was wrong with my car. They did the diagnostics test and seemed to put aside the original problem. They came back without the answers I needed but telling me about other problems. I went to my own mechanic who said that the issues Renault had pointed out were not actually problems, for example the side light and wiper blades they said needed changing. After the diagnostics test they did give me a good explanation of the results which was good.
