It is about the fifth new Renault we have had, we used to use the dealership in Sevenoaks, which was Davis, but they closed down. The last one we bought was from Motorline, when we approached the three dealerships in Maidstone, Canterbury and Ashford no one was interested. Lifestyle were very helpful and sorted it all out for us, as we bought two at the same time.

Ross, the salesman, was very helpful and very informative. We had a problem with the handbrake. The light and warning buzzer were coming on when they should not have done. We took the car back to the dealership and they provided us with a courtesy car whilst they sorted out the problem. Ross delivered the car back to us when it had been fixed, so we were not inconvenienced at all. Everyone was very helpful.

Richard Dundee who dealt with me was very efficient, brilliant. It was the overall service. I was really pleased. I went in there to look and bought a car. It was really good. I thought it would be stressful. I did not have to do anything. They did all of the paperwork. I have always wanted a Clio. It is the best car I have had. My friends all said wow, all of this for just £179 per month. It has a Sat Nav, Bluetooth, all of the bits. I want to sleep in it.

The girl who sold me the car, Felicity Watson was very helpful. She has the excact same car as the one I was buying and was able to show me the ins and outs of the car. I do love the car and I was very pleased with the good deal that I got. I would have maybe liked a bit more to read up on regarding the sat nav and bluetooth, but feel I will get used to them.

There was no bullsh*t, they were quite to the point, listened to what we said, sold it well but did not push me into anything. Made me feel quite comfortable. Anything I asked they gave me a straight forward answer and did not try and ram any extras down my throat.

Everything went smoothly, they were good and kind. They were very thorough in explaining things. My wife is in a wheelchair and deaf. He was very good in speaking clearly, taking his time and looking directly at my wife so she could lip read. I like the look of the new Scenic and some of the bit and pieces inside.

The reception I received and the help was the best I've ever had. I went to Boards, a Ford garage, they told me to sit and wait and I felt they were taking me for granted. In Vauxhall while I was talking the salesperson walked off to speak to a new customer. Lifestyle put themselves out for us. Other repairers usually demanded the deposits off us but Renault said we could pay monthly and it was such a help as I'm on benefits and it was more affordable to do it gradually. Our last payment coincided with the collection of the vehicle which was well timed. They also fitted the tow bar for me. Their courtesy was second to none. They were excellent, very nice in they way they treated me. Brett introduced himself and showed us around, he explained everything and let us sit in the cars. He gave us all the paperwork before we left and told us to think about it, he wasn't forceful or pushy he just had a persuading voice and was so helpful. We were comfortable buying the car. If there was a problem Brett kept us informed and told us about the car's progress.

The salesman, Brett was a very good salesman. He was friendly and not too pushy. We received a call from the dealers before we were due to pick the car up telling us that they could not release the car as there was a general fault that had been discovered on the models to do with the stop/start system. We had to wait a few weeks more than we had anticipated and feel maybe Renault should have done more testing. Lifestyle did keep us well informed as to what was going on and the car has been fine. We did look around before we chose the Scenic at some other makes of cars but found that the Scenic was the most suitable one for our family needs.

There is a man named Brett who I have dealt with in the past, and he has always been very helpful. The salesman that I actually dealt with on this occasion was excellent, he was very helpful, and was able to suggest alternatives so that the purchase would suit me. It is very convenient for me to go to this garage, as it is local, and I like the collection and delivery service that they offer for servicing.

What I liked was the fact that they weren't pushy, in contrast with my idea of a typical salesperson they were professional but didn't push the sale. They were clear and concise in what they were telling me. I felt the experience overall was very pleasant. There was no hassle, it was very simple from beginning to end. The whole procedure was quick and easy, and carried out professionally. They phoned me the day they said they would. They were reliable.
