Because the people on phone are very courteous and it is very easy to get an appointment. The work is done to my satisfaction and it is hassle free.

I like the way they are so efficient. I have had Renaults for 40 years, I have not had any problems at all and wherever I have been I have had so much good service from them. They have always been helpful and if something needs doing they will show you. It was quicker than I thought, the staff were very good and helpful. I am really pleased with the efficiency of it all. I am looking forward to buying my next Renault. In my previous Renault Scenic it had plenty of leg room in the front and on my model it has less but more space in the back. I hope the new ones have more leg room in the front or I might have to change the model. I definitely like the service at Lifestyle, I only wish they had one in Bexhill as it would be easier for me. We had a Russels here before but Lifestyle took over then closed the branch.

I thought that the staff from Lifestyle, Eastbourne were very professional, courteous and efficient. I had an electrical fault which resulted in the whole of the dashboard module in my vehicle needing to be replaced. However, Renault covered 75% of the cost and the work was completed earlier than I expected.

It is one chaotic fiasco after another. I had a problem not being able to get the locking wheel nuts of my car which is ten years old. I had gone in for them to take a photo of the wheel nuts but the camera was not working as their operator was not in, then the next time it needed charging. When they did take a photo I was told they would contact me in two to three days. I did not hear from them so rang them after five days and was told the person was off sick. When I rang again the person I needed was still off but they looked in the emails and said the wheel locking nut was no longer available. I have since been somewhere else and had the bolts cut off.

When I went to pick the car up I was left sitting there for quite a long time. There were people on reception with no one in front of them. I assumed they could have given me my key, but when I asked them first of all they said no and I would have to wait for one particular lady who was taking forever. In the end I had to get up again and ask for my key which they gave me, but I thought it was not a particularly good service. If people are sitting there I would have thought anyone could give you your key and explain what was wrong. They told me she would call me, but I had to call her the next day to find out what was wrong. It was not anything major as it just went in for a reading as to why a light had come on. They took the car and there was no problem. I thought it was expensive to tell me why the light came on as all they had to do was plug it in to a computer. It was nearly ?100 which I thought was exorbitant. Renault have the monopoly as you cannot go to another garage, so they can charge whatever they want.

For me to definitely recommend them they could make their prices more reasonable. I was completely satisfied on this occasion because my car was not running properly, and I called into Lifestyle on the off-chance. They accepted the car immediately and proceeded with the fault diagnosis and the repair. I was very impressed with this service. They are always extremely polite.

Sean Cresswell was the guy who I first spoke to to book an appointment, and he saw the repair through to finally taking my payment. I want to mention him because he was really helpful that day. This is my only local Renault dealer in my area, but I would definitely recommend them.

They were wonderful. They were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. In the past I have been reluctant to use a main dealer, but they have made me change my mind. The cost was less than I had expected.

It couldn't have been any better. I got a lift home, they did the job on time and it was reasonably priced. The price was what they said it would be. It was just fine.

I was completely satisfied because the work that they did was cheaper than what they quoted me. I have also had no faults with it. It is because of the dealer cost in general terms. It is more expensive, it will cost me ?65 just for a diagnostic check.

"The sales consultant was very rude. I rang up a week before and they said they would have to contact the mobility people, but I did not hear back from them. I rang them back on the Wednesday and he was very brash. He said ""well you are on the phone now so what the heck?"" I asked about getting a courtesy car and he said, ""well, do you really need one?"", and I explained yes I did, as I am disabled. I wanted to know why there was no decency to return the call and I found him very arrogant. I have now cut ties with Renault as I am not prepared to go through all of it again. The sales team are brilliant, and it is not the mechanics. It is the people on the front desk that I am not satisfied with. The rudeness of them. My attitude is to say,'sorry I am wrong', then once I am out the room they can say what they want, but not to my face. I know I was not in the wrong either, because I waited forty eight hours to get a phone call from them."

They were friendly and good. We've had no problems at all. We've used them quite a lot and they've always done the work to a good standard. When I walk in they're friendly and helpful. When I came to pick up the car the lady walked me to the car, she didn't just give me the keys.

Everything from the person who greats you when you walk in the door to when the car is returned, it's just first class. Always found the staff first class. Everything was absolutely fine. This is the first Renault that I have had from them.

The only problem I have in this car is the seating, it wouldn't hurt to have an air sprung seat. Other than that I am very happy with the car and I was recommended to Lifestyle by a friend. It is my third Renault and I have ordered a new one but there will be a two week delay.

It is nothing that this dealer has done, more the price. I find when you take your car into a Renault dealer, you tend to pay more than a smaller local garage.

The service was great. They told me how much it was going to be and completed it on time. There are friendly people there as well. It was just the fact it was exactly how it was supposed to be with no hidden or extra costs, it was professional.

When I got there I sat down with the Service chap and he explained everything to me and lead me through the computer as to what was going to be done, explained it all, he had all the paperwork ready and was very courteous. Afterwards, he'd found a nigglyling problem and arranged for it to be sorted out the following week as the guarantee was due to run out. He explained everything to me and arrange for a courtesy car for me. I've had a van for the past 30 years, I've had Fords and other makes but, Renault's Kangoo is the best one I've ever had. I'm considering in the future to get another one

They should have fixed it properly in the first place, the key card reader wasn't fixed properly and the next day I had to get the RAC to take the car in because we couldn't get it to Renault, and they don't have any breakdown to come and get the car. The key card reader didn't work and the chap from RAC looked at it and said it wasn't fixed properly but they fixed it the second time.

They're polite and they do a good job, though I can't inspect it on this occasion I know they've ticked everything on the service sheet. They're all good and they talk to me politely. Even though it is 15 miles away I do enjoy going there for my service.

I had a fault occur on the way to work and I booked it in on the way back, they fixed it there and then, I didn't have to wait.

They have done everything I have wanted them to do so far and I am quite happy with them. I had a strange noise in what I thought to be a wheel but it turned out to be a displaced cover on the exhaust. They fixed it for me and the staff were fine.

They are really efficient and they gave me a hire car. The work did not take long and they phoned me early. When they phoned I did not feel up to it, as I had just been to the dentist but they were happy for me to collect my car when I was ready.

Whilst I was there I asked about a noise from my suspension which they did something with, but the noise is still there. I do not know what they did.

The service so far has been very good, and Renault has been the best in relation to Fiat and Vauxhall that I have had before. They were very helpful when I rang them, and then when I got there, they were knowledgeable and helpful.

The people who dealt with us were absolutely superb. Firstly it was a lady called Rachael and then a gentleman called Sean, both dealt with us really excellently, I would give them 11 out of 10. I appreciate that the Renault product is an expensive electrical product, but for the age of my car, a 52 reg, I found the price I had to pay for a repair to be exceedingly expensive. I haven't had a problem up until now, but now I have to pay ?483 for a repair. I find that to be wrong, disappointing and upsetting, but that's not the repairers fault.

Lifestyle, Eastbourne collected my vehicle for me on time and brought it back for when when they said they would. It did seem expensive, but I have nothing else to compare it to really.

If they had a Scenic courtesy car. I'm disabled and need a higher vehicle to get in, I had to make other arrangements when I'm use to receiving a courtesy car. It is a great place and I am happy with the service.

Obviously the timing that they said the work would be completed by was wrong. The estimated time was wrong I think. I think the car had to have a MOT first. They contacted me and told me about it. They didn't do any work until they did the MOT I think. That's how I would view it anyway.

I think they should of corrected it in the beginning, they re-gassed the air conditioning, I paid around ?86 pounds and it's still not as good. I took it back and they fixed a leaky pipe. When I went in first of all, I was waiting at the desk for ages and they said the problem wasn't under warranty and they could fix it. It didn't work after that and on the 2nd occasion they were chatting too much, I felt they weren't 100% focused, I was sitting for ages and it was a hot day and I just wanted to get in and out. The lady at the desk directed me to who to talk to and there were 3 or 4 of them chatting, I explained the situation and I wasn't greeted or anything.

I found them very professional. I had a little problem, when I phoned in the receptionist said the service section was busy but they never phoned me back. When I went in and spoke to the service manager about this he was excellent and he apologised, I can't remember his name,

They always very good to me. I've had three Renault vehicles from them. If I have a problem they sort it out for me. I've had no problem with the dealership. They are always very good, they do everything and they always collect and deliver the car.

The engine management warning light comes on and every time they cancel it and I take the car away it occurs again. It is the third time and they still haven't sorted the problem. It's a Renault car and it has a a fault and they can't tell me what is wrong with it. They have said it might be this and it might be that and I can pay £240 for a part that they can't guarantee will solve the problem. They could have some sort of technical support that could advise them on what the problem is. Up until now now I was totally satisfied and I would have recommended them to other people, I recommend them to Mark my son to buy a new car.

We have always dealt with this garage, we have been going there for forty years, and would not go anywhere else. I would always recommend them for Renault cars.
