They were not over bearing sales people like some people who almost jump on you. They were kind of discrete in there persuasion and they answered all of my questions. I was looking at other cars to get a comparison and they offered me some good deals to draw me into having the car. They were polite, they weren't patronising in anyway with me being a female and having a male salesman. It was very positive.

I don't see why not, I was perfectly satisfied when I went there, and it was a successful transaction with them. I am very surprised there's not an owners manual, particularly for changing bulbs, knowing what bulbs to have in the car, how to replace them, tyre pressures and the jacking points. It was explained to me by the dealer that there isn't one because they are online now. I did have a phone call from Renault afterwards and I did explain it to them. I find it amazing that there isn't a small reference handbook, but apart from that I am happy.

This is the third Renault Espace we have had from Lifestyle. They have maintained them all, and they have been very helpful. On this occasion they were really brilliant, and we felt we were being treated as valued customers.

The salesman was very kind, very helpful and has gone out of his way to help us. We were tied between two cars, but we were looking for a vehicle which was local because my husband is poorly and it would need to be taken in for the servicing.The salesman said he would pick the car up and take it in for the service, so we didn't have that problem. It is easy for my husband to get in and out of and it is a similar size to the other vehicle we had and we were happy with it.

I liked their approach and the way they dealt with the sales and they exchanged my previous Renault. I felt very comfortable and I wasn't harassed in any way. I like Renault cars, so I will obviously go there anyway.

A previous experience with them would have lead me to say no, but this time the experience was a lot better and the salesman was actually very good. He was very competent, he knew his products and he did everything he could to make the purchase a good one. They were more competent than our previous experience with them. The last time I dealt with them they had lost the records of the car I had, so they had no service records. We had a problem with the car which they fixed, and when we went to get it re-fixed, they had lost the records. This time I did not have to deal with the service department. I was dealing with the sales, rather than service. At the moment, I am perfectly happy with the product.

It was a very easy sale. The salesman, Scott Warner, was excellent. He showed me all round the car. He was very attentive and kept me well informed on what was going on. There was a delay in the delivery of the car which was no fault of the dealers. He was very honest and told us about the delay but he tried his very best in getting the car to us as soon as possible. In the end the car was brought down on a transporter and not driven down which I was pleased about. Scott really pushed for us to get the car as quickly as possible. I have owned Renaults before and we spotted the new Megane and really liked it.

They were very courteous. They dealt with me efficiently, when I dealt with them on the phone. They were fine and the transaction went smoothly. There was a slight hold up on fitting the mudguards, but apart from that everything was fine. The vehicle was turned out in good condition and it was filled with petrol and because its 300 miles away, they also offered me and gave me nice accommodation for myself and my daughter.

Very, very helpful and efficient, basically they satisfied all my needs. The salesman, Nick Hope, was a fantastic guy, he definitely deserves salesman of the year. I had Renault's in 1998 and they were fine then. I will be going back to them at some point. I didn't have a test drive because I didn't need to. I ordered the car somewhere else and was let down by the dealer about the delivery date. I phoned round all the other garages. I have driven the car before though. I did have to return to the garage because the car was suppose to be fitted with Bluetooth but this car wasn't. However Renault UK and Lifestyle have paid towards the cost and I had a Bluetooth hands free system fitted.

I like the car, it is everything I need and I had a good service. The salesman there, Nick Hope kept me informed with what was happening and gave me a perfect service. Andy Green who took the order, who has now left, also gave a perfect service. It was a perfect service with the way it was conducted, I have never handed a car back on motability but it was so easy to do, the car I had before was the first one I had on motability, it went smoothly handing it back and Nick gave a great service.

I have had very good service. The salesman Steven Plummer told us a lot about the car, answered all of our questions and gave us all of the information we needed. He was very helpful. They were very friendly, welcoming and honest. They told us all of the options and tailored those to suit us. I have always had a good experience with Renault.

The service was very good. I spoke with two different salesman and they were both very, very helpful as well as being kind and considerate. I was told everything I needed to know and kept well informed on the delivery of the car. I got the car very quickly and I am very, very pleased.

The salesman was very good, pleasant and helpful. He couldn't have done more to help. Any arguments I had were not with Lifestyle, more with Renaults policies. I felt Renault weren't really helping their sales staff.

They were just brilliant. From the time I walked in the door the service was brilliant. I called into Ford before I went into Renault and Ford's weren't helpful. Nick Pope the person I dealt with, he was just absolutely brilliant.

I like the Renault's, I prefer them to others, I had a Ford and within a year things were falling to bits. The person I dealt with was very courteous. One thing they do insist on is payment by card, I prefer to pay by cheque, but they won't take cheques.

There were two points why i would definitely recommend them. Firstly it is the car itself which is a lovely car to drive. Secondly it was the staff. I feel that Lifestyle, Eastbourne are very lucky to have the people there that work for them. They really put their heart and soul into everything.There is one sales guy, Scot Warner who is absolutley fantastic who has given me some follow up calls, which is something i have not experienced before. He puts everything into the service. Also the lady who was assisting him, Jessica was very helpful.
