I have been driving Renaults for the last 10 years, and I am very happy with them. A lot of my neighbours have Renaults as well. It is just getting used to the technology. It was a brilliant experience.

A couple of things when going through the details about the Diamond Brite, we were asking about the price, he said let's see what we can do, knowing that, that day they were doing a promotion and the price had been dropped by ?150. When we left we did wonder whether we could trust them. I had a company car that I was giving back, and they had taken off the sign writing without asking if I'd wanted that, they did recompense me for that. My partner and I were both buying vehicles, and they gave me negative information for me to pass onto my partner. I was not happy about this, the Salesman and the Branch Manager did apologise, which was appreciated. When we when to sign the papers we found the person we saw moody and miserable. We had considered the Smart car, but when we weighed everything in comparison the Smart car would have cost ?19,000, but the Renault price was nice, the vehicle comfortable and it had a large boot, which we need as we have a large dog. The Branch manager was very helpful and they were very friendly.

I wasn't happy with the deal that was given. I was asked if I wanted to pay a deposit and if I would like the monthly payment price to increase. I said no to both of them and the member of staff came back to me and said that I would have to pay a deposit and the monthly payments would be going up. I don't feel she should have even offered those options to me if there was nothing I could have done about them anyway. I was also not happy with the trade in price of my vehicle, there were some minor dents here and there which in my opinion should have been classed as general wear and tear. I ended up in negative equity which I would have prefered not to. However, I feel that the staff were professional, courteous and polite. I got the deal on my vehicle very quickly which I needed and was happy with everything else.

Purely and simply because of their attitude and the response I got. I found them very helpful. They took care of my needs. They sat there and helped me choose the right deal for me. It was not a case of them saying this is what we have, but what would suit me better.

I was originally going to go to another garage, but I was told to go to this one by a friend, they did everything they could I could not wait to recommend them. They were so efficient and polite and made me feel at ease all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they could not be any better than they were. The lady I dealt with was Nicki Evans, she went overboard to please me.

They had the vehicle I wanted this time, so I was very satisfied with that, and they did a good deal because of the mix up last time when the wrong vehicle was there when I went to pick it up. But when I was driving home, 5 miles down the road, I ran out of diesel, and the car broke down with a message saying, stop out of diesel. But as the light was on when I got in the car I didn't notice it. They could have made me aware that there was not enough to get home in, as I was left in a remote place with two children and was not impressed. But they were very good about it and came out with some diesel to me. But if I was told beforehand it wouldn't have taken place. I also can't figure out how to turn off the Sat Nav, so I will phone them later this morning for that.

They were very helpful, answered all of my questions and everything was on time. They were very polite, very courteous and very caring. They were just very nice. I think the guys there are a really nice bunch of people who were willing to help me because I wasn't experienced. They weren't pushy, they were just very good. I had been to other garages that hadn't displayed that, and thats why I wanted to stay with them. They were perfect and fantastic.

I honestly went to several dealers, my first impressions of the service there was why I bought my car and I would recommend them to my friends if they wanted to buy a car. They were very friendly with what ever I asked, there wasn't any problems with the communication. They said everything clearly and I was happy with that. The price was good, they had Summer sales which saved me a lot of money.

They went out of their way to help me, I needed the car delivered earlier as a family member was critically ill. They helped speed up the delivery of the vehicle so I could visit them which was marvellous, very helpful to me too as I am disabled and it is a motability vehicle. They were all very friendly there too.

The staff were all very good especially Martin. They were good at their follow up service and were very accommodating. I had to go back to them after my car was hit causing some paintwork damage. They took the car in and got someone to re-spray the wing free of charge.

This is the second Clio I have purchased from Lifestyle, Brighton my first vehicle was just a normal Clio sport but it was a lovely car which I had for four years. My new Clio is just as nice and the offer that was on was very good as well.

The salespersons communication skills were shocking. I had to phone every time to find out the whereabouts of the car. I phoned ten days before I was supposed to take delivery and they told me that the delivery would be delayed by a month. They should've got in contact with me earlier than this to tell me. I'm sure they would have known earlier. I am still waiting for a call back regarding car mats. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was polite and nice but his communication skills are bad. I was 100% satisfied with everything else, it's just the salesman needs communication skills training.

I have had a Renault for thirty years. My first one was the Dolphine. I had a 1.6 as my situation needed a powerful vehicle and I did a lot of miles a day. My situation changed, I only do about 25 now so I had to come down in size. Everything was straight forward, all of the information I requested was given to me either verbally or on paper. As far as I am concerned everything was ok and the staff were very good.

I'm very happy with Renault. I've driven Renaults for about 20 years, and they're the only dealer in the local area so are convenient for me. The service was very good.
