Extreme sports cyclist Harry Molloy sponsored by Lifestyle Europe wins first place!

Extreme sports cyclist Harry Molloy normally races down mountains when he travels to Wales, not so on his last visit , a new development of the sport known as down town street racing was where he headed for in Penarth Cardiff.
Penarth was host to the race and the mayor of the town came out to welcome all the racers at the start of the event.
A high point in the town was used for the start of the race way up on the cliff top. Three hundred competitors of all different age groups took it in turn to try and set the fastest time of the day racing down the course. Consisting of lanes, ally ways, footpaths many flights of steps, tight walled areas, through two horse box trailers and to finish a truck jump at the bottom of the track close to the pier along the sea front. The truck jump was removed before the race started. A rider had a nasty fall onto the tarmac road dislocating and braking one or both arms, however Harry managed to clear the jump several times during practice.
British cycling attended the event making sure all the rules of racing were adhered to.
Harry from Tunbridge wells studding for his A levels at Hayes brook sports college in Tonbridge took the win in the youth category. Harry rides for Muddyfox and is sponsored by Lifestyle Europe who are a multi-franchise automotive retail dealer and have showrooms across Kent, Sussex and Surrey and sponsor Harry as part of its commitment to helping the local community and supporting young talent.

He is no stranger to the podium having just finished 3rd in the national points down hill series. Currently 2nd in the Welsh Dragon series. 3rd in his first ever international race which took place in the French Alps, part of the Maxxis Cup series.
Harry said: “To get a win near the end of the season is fantastic I'm especially pleased for my sponsors. A big thank you must go to my Dad who works for Lifestyle Ford Tonbridge and drives me to all the events. He races in some of the national events himself and only last week we discovered he is ranked no 1 grand veteran in the UK !”
