Work Starts on Horsham’s New Mazda Dealership

The architects plans are drawn, the site has been marked out and construction work is about to begin on Horsham’s new Mazda dealership. Lifestyle Mazda will be housed in an ultra-modern, state of the art building which will feature every possible facility including a spacious, well lit seven car showroom, a Mazda dedicated service workshop, a parts store and ample space on the forecourt outside to display an extensive selection of Approved Used Mazda cars.
The Lifestyle Mazda site will be accommodated within the group’s large complex in the Bishopric, not far from Horsham’s town centre. The long-established Ford dealer operation will continue to trade just as before, but the Mazda dealership will be located close to the main Ford showroom and multi franchise service workshop, well within site of Lifestyle’s display of used cars. There will be ample parking space for both customers and staff and the showroom will be an extremely comfortable and pleasant place in which to discuss car purchasing.
This new showroom will incorporate Mazda’s latest corporate imagery and feature the latest lighting systems so that Mazda’s impressive new range can be shown to best effect. From the west elevation you will be able to see through the main showroom window where you will be able to see Mazda’s very latest models displayed inside. The large amount of glazing fitted throughout the building will assist in maintaining a bright and airy atmosphere. Much of the exterior of the dealership will be clad in flat composite panel cladding featuring Mazda’s white and blue corporate colour scheme.
Lifestyle Europe have now recruited a team to run the dealership which will be managed by Mark Spowage, Sales Manager at Lifestyle Mazda in Crawley. Mark will have overall responsibility for both sites and he and the team are looking forward to the completion of construction work and the proposed opening of Lifestyle Mazda Horsham in September.
Mark Spowage says: “Everything so far is going according to plan and this new development stands as testament to Lifestyle Europe’s commitment to the town of Horsham and of their confidence in the Mazda brand. Now that the architects have finished planning the builders can start constructing our new Mazda dealership. As you can imagine, my team at Lifestyle Mazda are looking forward to the prospect of working within the purpose-built new Mazda centre, which will be equipped to provide everything possible to keep the cars of current Mazda owners running at maximum efficiency. Our Sales Team are looking forward to introducing new people to what the Mazda brand can offer. It’s early days yet but we hope to be opening sometime during the first two weeks of September, about the same time as Mazda launches the exciting new Mazda2. What an exciting event that will be, the launch of Horsham’s new Mazda main dealership and the arrival of the stylish Mazda2 supermini. Roll on September.”
